4.8 You must keep your access credentials secure and confidential. Any actions performed through your account using your valid username, password or other login credentials will be considered as your own actions and you will be solely responsible for any transactions performed, and for any use or misuse of your account. 4.12 We may close your account at any time and at our sole discretion. All valid contractual obligations already made or undertaken by us will be honoured, subject to these Terms and Conditions. We will return the real-money balance of your account to you (subject to the sections of these Terms and Conditions governing withdrawals from your account and after any outstanding bets at the time are settled), but all bonuses, bonus money and other incentives will be forfeited by you.

5. DEPOSITS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

5.1 In order to participate in real-money gambling on our Website, you must deposit (transfer) sufficient funds into your account, which you can then use to place bets. Your account includes two separate balances: real-money balance to hold the real money you deposit and win, bonus balance to hold bonus money which we award to you or which you win as a part of a promotion, such bonus money being subject to withdrawal restrictions until promotional conditions are met.

6.6 All withdrawals are subject to the maximum limits per one transaction / 24 hours / one month. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into several instalments to meet these limits. 6.7 If your account has been blocked or excluded for any reason, or you otherwise can’t access your account, you should contact our customer support if you wish to arrange a withdrawal.

9. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND OTHER CHECKS

9.1 We may perform certain verification procedures and other checks to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions, prevent using our services for money laundering and terrorist financing, detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activity, limit our risk exposure, and as may be otherwise required by the applicable law (hereinafter - “Checks”).

9.2 To conduct our Checks, we may request documents and information from you, monitor and assess your activity on the Website and your transactions, obtain information about you from third parties and open sources. Our Checks may be conducted repeatedly and on an ongoing basis.

9.3 You must promptly provide us with all of the documents and information we might request, and assist us in conducting our Checks, without undue delay and in any event within thirty (30) days of our request. We may close or limit your account until you provide the requested documents, information and assistance. If you fail to do so to our reasonable satisfaction within the deadline indicated above, we may confiscate your winnings, terminate our business relationship with you, and return the remaining balance of your account to you. We may also withhold any payment to/from your account until the Checks are completed to our satisfaction.

9.4 In particular, but without limitation, we may request you to provide proof of your age and identity (passport, national identity card or driving license), proof of your residence address (utility bill), proof of your source of wealth and source of funds (bank statements for up to 6 months, screenshots of an e-wallet account, payslips and invoices).

9.5 All the documents you provide to us must be valid and with all details clearly visible. We may request you to provide us with a picture or a recording of you holding the document, perform live interviews or request the documents to be provided as certified copies. 10. POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSONS

10.1 You should inform us immediately if you are, have been within the preceding twelve (12) months, or become a Politically Exposed Person or a family member of a Politically Exposed Person, as these are defined below. 10.2 A “Politically Exposed Person” or “PEP” means a natural person who is or has been entrusted with prominent public functions and includes his immediate family members or persons known to be close associates of such persons, but shall not include middle ranking or more junior officials. The term ‘“Politically Exposed Person” should be applied broadly and generally includes all persons who fulfil a prominent public function. This shall include those persons entrusted with prominent public function, i.e. other than as a middle-ranking or more junior official, including, but not limited to, the following:

• heads of state, heads of government, ministers and deputy or assistant ministers;
• members of parliament or of similar legislative bodies;
• members of the governing bodies of political parties;
• members of supreme courts, of constitutional courts or of other high-level judicial bodies;
• the decisions of which are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances;
• members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks;
• ambassadors, chargés d'affaires and high-ranking officers in the armed forces;
• members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises;
• directors, deputy directors and members of the board or equivalent function of an international organization;
• this includes those who hold such a position in Malta or abroad but is not an exclusive list.

Further, you should identify yourself as a PEP for a period of at least 12 months after the date on which you ceased to be entrusted with a public function.

A “family member of a PEP” includes, but is not limited to: a spouse of a PEP or partner of a PEP recognised by national law as equivalent to the spouse, children of a PEP and their spouses or partners, parents of a PEP. A “close associate of a PEP” includes the following: an individual having joint beneficial ownership of a legal entity or a legal arrangement or any other close business relationship with a PEP; an individual who has sole beneficial ownership of a legal entity or a legal arrangement which is set up for the benefit of a PEP.

11. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

11.1 If you don’t log into your account for an uninterrupted period of one hundred and eighty (180) days, your account will be designated as inactive, and an administrative charge of EUR 5.00 (or equivalent in your account currency) will be charged from your account’s real money balance each month, until either you log into your account or its real money balance reaches zero (0).

11.2 Your account will not be designated as inactive if you have self-excluded or if we have excluded you from playing. The administrative charge will not be charged if your account balance is zero or is negative. 18.5 With regard to any software connected to, or accessible through the Website, you must not attempt to: reverse engineer or decompile such software, modify, remove or obscure any proprietary notices placed on software, copy it by any means for any purpose whatsoever, attempt to derive source code or other information from such software or use it for any purpose other than playing the games or in any way that could adversely affect our name, image or reputation or the name, image or reputation of third parties. Should you breach this provision, we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.

21.1 The original text of these Terms and Conditions is in English and any interpretation of them will be based on the original English text. If the Terms and Conditions or any documents or notice related to them is translated into any other language, the version most beneficial to you will prevail, and if equality beneficial, the original English version will prevail.

22. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

22.1 We may need to change the Terms and Conditions for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, for commercial reasons, or in order to comply with new laws and regulations. The most up-to-date Terms and Conditions can be accessed on this page, including the version number and the date on which they became effective.

22.2 We will notify you of all material changes to these Terms and Conditions before they apply to you. Where we need to notify you about the changes to the Terms and Conditions, we will do so by email or by placing a notice on the Website. The new version of the Terms and Conditions will only come to effect with regards to your use of the Website once you agree to it. Should you refuse to agree to the new version, we will have to terminate our business relationship with you and you will not be able to continue playing, but you will be able to withdraw your balance under the version of the Terms and Conditions you have previously accepted.

22.3 We may, in our absolute discretion, alter or amend any product or service offered via the Website at any time, without a prior notice.

23. WAIVER

23.1 Even if we fail to insist upon performance of any of your obligations or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

23.2 A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.

24. SEVERABILITY

24.1 If any of the Terms and Conditions are determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with the applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, our original intent.

25. LAW AND JURISDICTION

25.1 These Terms and Conditions and our business relationship with you are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta, and in the Maltese Courts will have jurisdiction over the Terms and Conditions.

Annex 1. Journey

1. All registered users are eligible to participate in the "Cabaret world" journey, which consists of 100 levels.

2. By placing bets on the project, the player agrees to participate in the Journey and to receive newsletters and Gifts.

3. In order to participate in the Journey, the player is required to place bets from the real balance only, as well as to complete achievements.

4. The minimum stake counted towards the Journey wager is 0.3 EUR.

5. In order advance through the levels, the player is required to wager a specific amount, which might increase with every new level.

6. Please be aware that the levels in the Journey do not correspond to the VIP levels on Winota and should be viewed separately.

7. Upon reaching each level, the player will receive a specific gift. The types of Gifts the player can receive:

7.1 Coins

• Coins are used as an internal currency that the player can use in the shop to buy bonuses, bonus spins or costumes.
• The Coins are automatically credited to the total balance of Coins.

7.2 No-Deposit bonus spins:

• The bonus spins will be credited automatically and the player needs to activate them from the Profile section or by contacting Customer Support;
• The winnings from the bonus spins are credited in the Bonus balance and are subject to wagering of 40x the initial winnings amount before being withdrawable;
• The wagering needs to be completed within 10 days of accumulating the winnings;
• The maximum amount which can be released from the no-deposit bonus spins depends on the number of bonus spins awarded from the Gift: if the number of awarded bonus spins is equal or lower than 50, the maximum amount to be released will be 50 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies); if the number of awarded bonus spins is higher than 50, the maximum amount to be released will be 100 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies).

7.3 No-Deposit Bonus:

• The no-deposit bonus will be credited automatically and the player needs to activate it from the Profile section or by contacting Customer Support;
• Each no-deposit bonus is subject to wagering before being withdrawable. The exact number of times which the initial bonus amount needs to be wagered will be indicated on the pop-up a player receives upon unlocking the Gift;
• The wagering needs to be completed within 10 days of activating the bonus;
• The maximum amount which can be released from the no deposit bonus will be equal to 5x the initial bonus amount. For example: the maximum amount to be credited in the real balance from a 10 EUR bonus will be 50 EUR.

7.4 Special offers for next deposit, such as match bonus and/or bonus spins:

• The offer is available only for the next deposit which a player makes after unlocking the gift;
• To take advantage of the deposit offer, the player is required to make a minimum deposit of 20 EUR / 6,000 HUF / 1,200 RUB / 30 CAD / 40 NZD / 350 INR / 80 PLN / 20 USD.
• In order to activate the offer, a player needs to contact the Customer Support after making a qualifying deposit and before any bets are placed from this deposit;
• Each deposit bonus is subject to wagering of 30x the sum of the deposit and bonus amount, before being withdrawable;
• The winnings from any bonus spins are subject to wagering of 40x the winnings amount, before being withdrawable;
• The wagering required for releasing each deposit bonus and each winnings from bonus spins needs to be completed within 10 days of activating each of them in the Bonus balance.

8. Games contribute differently towards the bonus release. You can view the detailed distribution under Term 7 in General Terms.

9. If the required wagering for releasing the bonus is not completed within the respective time frame, the bonus and winnings derived from it will be voided.

10. A player can have only 1 active bonus a time. If the player activates a bonus or bonus spins while there is a Bonus balance available, the Bonus balance will be voided.

11. A player may cancel the bonus at any time from the Profile section. If a bonus is cancelled, the whole bonus balance will be voided.

12. Reaching each 10th level, the player will unlock a New Cabaret Star in the Stars Collection.

13. At any point, the player has the option of opting out from participating in the Journey and from receiving newsletters and Gifts.

14. To opt out from participating in the Journey, receiving newsletters or being able to receive bonuses, a player needs to contact Customer Support via live chat or E-mail at support@winota.com.

15. The promotion is valid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Winota.

Annex 2. Achievements

1. Stars Collection:

1.1 A new Star Card will be unlocked by reaching each 10th level in the Cabaret World;

1.2 The Star Cards can be used to as an avatar image which can be manually changed unlimited times;

1.3 The Star Cards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or bonuses.

2. Stages:

2.1 Each Stage allows the player to modify the background of the Profile section;

2.2 By default a player starts with Stage 1 and has the option to unlock the next Stages by completing different achievements;

2.3 A player is automatically playing towards unlocking Stage 2. As soon as each Stage is unlocked, the player will be automatically playing towards unlocking the next one;

2.4 Completing each achievement inside a Stage will grant the player the respective number of Coins assigned to it;

2.5 Completing all achievements inside a single Stage will unlock the Stage and will grant the player the respective prize assigned to that Stage;

2.6 For the purpose of this promotion, a single day will be considered from 00:00 until 23:59 UTC;

2.7 For the purpose of this promotion, an "in-house tournament" will be considered any of the following tournaments: Slot of the week, Live Casino, Provider of the Month, Monthly Race;

2.8 Only the activity after unlocking the previous Stage will be considered for completing the achievements in the next Stage, unless specifically stated for the achievement. For example "Make 500 spins" in Stage 3 will not consider the spins made in Stage 1 and Stage 2.

3. Simple Achievements:

3.1 Completing each achievement will automatically reward the respective prize assigned to it;

3.2 A player can complete any achievement by meeting the required actions for it, no "opt in" is required;

3.3 A player can choose and play for any achievement, there is no order which needs to be followed.

Annex 3. Shop

1. In the Shop a player can exchange the current balance of Coins for Bonuses and bonus spins on which are applied the following conditions:

1.1 Bonuses:

• After exchanging Coins for the respective bonus, a player will have 10 days to meet the wagering requirements of 40x the bonus amount.
• The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus will be equal to 5x the initial bonus amount. For example: the maximum amount to be credited in the real balance from a 10 EUR bonus will be 50 EUR.

1.2 Bonus spins:

• After exchanging Coins for bonus spins, a player needs to activate the bonus spins from the Profile section and play them within 7 days from the purchase.
• The winnings from the bonus spins will be credited as a bonus which will need to be wagered 40x times.
• A player will have 10 days to meet the wagering requirement of the bonus.
• The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the Real balance will be 50 EUR, any amount exceeding that will be voided.

2. A player can accumulate Coins for the Shop by:

• Each 1,000 EUR wagered on any casino games will grant 1 Coins;
• 5% from each deposit will be credited as Coins;
• Participating and finishing in top positions in our in-house tournaments;
• Unlocking levels in the Cabaret World;
• Completing achievements.
